Did anybody ask for the perfect ramen / pho bowl???!
Well I made it. During the winter I eat my weight in soup and ramen and pho are my top two faves. I made a straight walled bowl for easier liquid slurping and the extended foot helps hold the bowl in place between your hands while your drinking the delicious broth from the bowl.
Decorated with a big ol' cougar skull on the front and a rosehip branch on the back.
The red glaze on this mug is made using deer bone ash that I harvest myself and process into a powder. This works as an opacifier to help develop the colours in the glaze. Boy oh boy do I love this glaze.
The bowl is Aprox. 5 1/4 in tall x 6 1/4 in wide
