Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All pieces are handmade and carefully packed before shipment.

Ready-to-Ship Items

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

Production timelines vary depending on the item and current workload. Estimated completion times will be listed in the product description. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are completed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and current carrier rates.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Australia
  • Norway

If your country is not listed and you are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing to discuss available shipping options.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped whenever tracking service is available through the selected carrier.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile, and we take great care in packaging every order. Items are packed using protective materials designed to help ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging materials
  • Photos of the exterior shipping box

Please keep all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Postal strikes
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package appears lost or has stopped moving in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an inquiry with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Handmade Pottery

Every piece is handmade in my studio in rural Alberta, Canada. Variations in size, shape, glaze, color, and surface texture are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the character of handcrafted pottery.
