Returns

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our pottery, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Preorder Items

All preorder and custom-made items are final sale.

Because these pieces are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds on preorder or custom work once production has begun.

Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To process a damage claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging materials

  • Photographs of the exterior shipping box

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability of the item.

Handmade Pottery

Every piece is handmade in our studio. Variations in size, shape, glaze, color, texture, and surface finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Please review all product descriptions and photographs carefully before placing an order.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred. These costs will be deducted from any approved refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
