Shipping & Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order pottery is handmade and kiln-fired in batches, with all current preorders shipping by November 15 or sooner.

Ordering both? If your order contains ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, everything will ship together once your made-to-order pieces are finished. Your entire order will ship by November 15 at the latest.

If you want the ready to ship before your Made to order items a separate shipping charge may apply.
