Products

All items are handmade in our studio. Due to the nature of handcrafted pottery, slight variations in size, shape, glaze, color, texture, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent items as accurately as possible; however, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

If an order must be cancelled due to inventory errors, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Shipping times and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Customs and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges imposed by their country.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging materials
• The shipping box

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Use and Care

Pottery should be handled with reasonable care. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, designs, logos, illustrations, product descriptions, and website content are the property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Privacy

Any personal information collected through purchases or contact forms will be used solely for processing orders, communicating with customers, and operating the business. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
