Water-locking Coyote Skull Fermenter

This 3/4 Gallon water locking fermentation crock is the perfect addition to your kitchen!

The water locking device on the top rim makes for fool proof and easy ferments. When the veggies/kraut starts to ferment, it pushes the oxygen out (creating bubbling). This makes an environment inside the crock where mould can not grow. All you need to do is just top up the water when it starts to go low.

Fermentation and food preservation is half of my art practice. Teaching communities to save/preserve their food while also making it higher in nutritional value!
