Tinned Fish Mug - Deer Bone Ash Glaze

These mugs are the coziest mugs you will ever see, don't let the smaller handle trick you. The bottom foot carved out underneath the handle acts as an extra part of the handle! It lets you get extra cozy and wrap your hand around the mug. Imagine a Blizzardy cold january evening tucking up next to a fire with a cup of hot cocoa in your mew mug. 

Decorated with a screen print transfer of a tin of mackerel!  I have had such a fun time with these new fishy graphics I have drawn and am excited to share them all with you!

The red glaze on this mug is made using deer bone ash that I harvest myself and process into a powder. This works as an opacifier to help develop the colours in the glaze. Boy oh boy do I love this glaze.

The mug holds aprox. 15 ounces and the main body of the cup measures 5 1/2 in tall x 3 1/2 in wide
